-The Secrets of Bountiful Biscotti

-A Ham and Egg Salad To Make Chickies Proud

-Much Ado About Gnocchi

-Risotto Rules of the Road

-Scones, Not Stones

We would love to hear your ideas for future recipes or anything else you care to share.  Just go to the the bottom of this or any post, click on comments, and let her rip.  We’ll see to you soon.

I am all for Scones, Not Stones - I would love to see that one first as my scones are typically stones. :-)

Thanks Jennifer…first comment of 2010. We’ll try to accomodate you with a light and fluffy scone story.

I would also love to find good recipes for Orange (tasty like marmalade), lemon (tasty like lemon curd) and lime (tatsy like key lime pie) recipes. They are not easy to find. Also, it would be great if the recipes could all maiximize ingredients that I could find easily at my local supermarket (for example, key limes require vising many stores in the area to find them).

We’ll try to make 2010 a citrus filled year. I rarely use key limes, although Whole Foods sometimes carries them.

I am always interested in some good, healthy soup recipes, especially ones that don’t always contain heavy cream.

We have a hearty soup planned for mid-February. We’ll keep you posted. Thanks for the comment.

I have had much difficulty lately finding Pomegranite Molasses and Farro pasta for some recipes. It’s very frustrating when recipes call for ingredients that are not easily accessible at most stores.

    I COMPLETELY agree Wendy!

I have one more recommendation for 2010 - puddings.

    Any particular type of pudding…sweet…savory?

We'll find the very best foods, marry them with delicate care, then close our eyes and savor the moment. There is a simple beauty to flavor, a marriage of delicious and wonderful. We take all our own photos for your pleasure. Join me as we cook and dine together...who knows what we'll discover. Best Wishes...Jim.
